Suggested Use
Mix 1 to 2 level teaspoons daily into smoothies, juice, yoghurt or other drinks. It can also be added to soups, sauces, stews, salads and baked foods. If you are new to moringa, begin with a smaller quantity and gradually increase to the suggested serving.
